INTEGRATED SCIENCE
Mr. Pinto
Course Description:
Integrated Science encompasses the study of physics, chemistry and Earth sciences. Physics involves the study of the interactions involving matter and energy. Chemistry is the study of the structure of matter and the changes that matter may go through. Earth science entails the study of the planet structure, composition, and interactions between unanimated and living organisms.
This course will reinforce the students’ critical thinking skills, their ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions as well as their skills in basic mathematical formulations and interpretations.
Classroom Environment:
In order to establish and maintain a positive and productive learning environment, it is important that we all understand the principles established in the classroom agreement as follows:
Classroom Agreement:
1. Demonstrate a courteous and respectful behavior towards all others in the classroom.

3. Focus on your assigned work and participate constructively.
4. Follow all lab safety directions and ask your teacher if you have any questions.
