Hi! My name is Suzanne Froude. I am one of the Kindergarten Teachers at Lincoln School. I have been lucky enough to have been a part of Lincoln for my entire career.    2018-19 will be my 27th year teaching.  I have taught pre-school students with disabilities, resource center and, for the last 20 years, Kindergarten. I still enjoy watching students grow and change throughout their Kindergarten year.

Kindergarten is a student's first formal year of education and I believe it to be one of the most important. I aim to teach students not only the academics but also the social skills and school behaviors they will need throughout school. I strive to maintain a developmentally appropriate learning environment that meets the needs of the individual students.

Education has always been important to me. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, a Master's Degree in Special Education, a Master's Degree in Reading, I continue to take graduate level courses and frequently attend professional workshops to keep current.

I live in Wayne with my family.  My kids and I enjoy going to theater, visiting family and friends as well as having fun together at home.

I am looking forward to getting to know this year's class. 2018-19 is going to be a good year!
